Registration Details

Full Conference Ticket includes access to the main program sessions, tea breaks and snacks, and the conference proceedings from 29th to 31st October 2026. It also includes a welcome kit and conference merchandise. It includes access to all sessions on these days excluding Courses and Workshops. The main program sessions include the keynotes, papers, and other tracks mentioned on this website.
The registration DOES NOT include air tickets, travel allowance, visa charges or accommodation.
Courses and Workshops will be conducted parallelly from 29th to 31st October (schedule will be updated soon). There is a nominal fee for Courses and Workshops and participants need to register for the preferred Courses and Workshops. This is because all courses and workshops have a seat limit. Registrations for a given course/workshop will automatically close once the seat limit is reached. If you attended the conference but did not participate in the course or workshop you registered for, the registration fee for the course or workshop is non-refundable.
HCI PAI members will have a discount of ₹2,000 for super early, early and regular tickets.
Group Registration: Groups of 10 or more members are eligible for a 10% discount. For availing this discount, please write a mail to anusmita@des.iith.ac.in or shivaji@des.iith.ac.in or general_chair@indiahci.org

Cancellation Policy

The "One year early" and "Super early" and Group Registrations are non-refundable.
The following conditions apply for "Early" and "Regular":
- A 35% cancellation fee will be applicable to all cancellation requests made between October 12 and October 20, 2026.
- A 15% cancellation fee will be applicable to all cancellation requests made on or before October 11, 2026.
- No refund will be made for cancellation requests made after October 20, 2026.
- The prevailing Indian Rupee (₹) equivalent will be used to calculate all refunds.
Registrations are non-transferable.
Registrations cost for Courses and Workshops is nominal, and therefore non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

For International Participants, FOREX rates along with any additional charges will be applicable on the day of the financial transaction.
Online payment may include additional charges like taxes, currency conversion charges, transaction fees, etc. These will be charged in addition to the above-mentioned delegate fee.
The onus of obtaining a valid travel visa and air tickets lies totally with the individual.
